Bird Hunt – destroy enemy aircraft in tank battles (tank AB and RB). Grand-Scale Game – destroy bases belonging to the enemy team to win (aviation AB and RB). Activist – achieve victory in a mission by earning the required activity percentage (all modes). In honour of the update, we have added several new Battle Tasks for all modes and difficulties: Special Tasks can be found in a separate tab in the Battle Tasks window and you can unlock them by spending a few bonds in the shop. Special Tasks do not have a time limit and more than one can be completed per day. By successfully completing these, the player will earn medals that unlock access to premium goods and a valuable reward. Special Tasksĭifficult Battle Tasks have been replaced with a new type – Special Tasks. New goods and a special gift will be unlocked every time the player increases the shop level. Now, successfully completing Battle Tasks allows the player to not only earn War Bonds, but to also upgrade the shop itself by increasing its level. One of the main changes to the updated Battle Tasks is progress in the personal shop interface. Now you can start earning bonds in the current month and spend them during the following month. In the updated version of Battle Tasks, players don’t have to worry about the disappearance of their War Bonds at the end of the month – they no longer have a time limit. We have increased the rewards and added new features that are designed to make Battle Tasks more interesting and attractive to players while preserving the existing mechanics. The new maps offer up a variety of challenging combat conditions from flat open ground with good visibility to undulating sand dunes and towns that offer up a deadlier close quarter battle and ambush environment.Updated Battle Tasks with an overhaul of the current version of Battle Tasks. 
This latest update adds new playable maps, this time introducing War Thunder’s first ever desert themed locations that are a perfect fit for British armour, namely Tunisia and El Alamein. Follow the progress of British ground forces testing on the War Thunder website and in game’s communities across social media: check the news, screenshots and historical articles about upcoming vehicles. Over the next few weeks the British ranks will steadily grow and encompass self-propelled guns and the very first armored cars in War Thunder in the form of the T172E2 and Mk.II AA. Thirty British tanks including variants of Valentine’s, Matildas, Cromwells and Churchills will be introduced over the coming weeks with five regular and four premium tanks starting for the Brits. Gaijin Entertainment has announced that the MMO WWII online game, War Thunder will be introducing British tanks and a host of new vehicles in its latest ‘Royal Armour’ update for War Thunder’s ten million players to enjoy from today.
